Percepciones de docentes en formación sobre el juego cooperativo como estrategia para la inclusión en contextos de educación inicial

El presente artículo analiza las percepciones de docentes en formación sobre el juego cooperativo como estrategia para favorecer la inclusión en contextos de Educación Inicial. Se desarrolló un estudio cuantitativo, no experimental, transversal y de alcance descriptivo-exploratorio, con una población de 150 estudiantes de la carrera de Educación y una muestra de 117 participantes (78.0 % de cobertura). Se aplicó un cuestionario de 25 ítems con escala tipo Likert de cinco niveles, organizado en cinco dimensiones: conocimiento sobre juego cooperativo e inclusión, beneficios pedagógicos, atención a la diversidad, rol docente y barreras percibidas. El instrumento presentó una consistencia interna muy alta (α = .997) y una elevada redundancia entre ítems (correlación media inter-ítem = .94; un solo componente principal explicó el 94.1 % de la varianza), por lo que los resultados se presentan como un diagnóstico exploratorio de percepciones y no como evidencia de un instrumento plenamente validado. Los datos se procesaron mediante estadística descriptiva. En las cuatro dimensiones de valoración positiva, el 68.9 % de las respuestas se ubicó en las categorías de acuerdo y totalmente de acuerdo (M = 3.64). La dimensión mejor valorada fue el rol docente (M = 3.67), seguida de la atención a la diversidad (M = 3.65); la dimensión de barreras percibidas se analizó por separado (M = 3.51), pues en ella el acuerdo expresa el reconocimiento de un obstáculo. Se concluye que los docentes en formación reconocen el potencial del juego cooperativo para promover participación, socialización y adaptación pedagógica, aunque también identifican barreras vinculadas con la planificación, los recursos y la formación práctica.
