Artificial intelligence and agile methodologies constitute relevant resources for improving educational planning through activity design, learning personalization, continuous feedback, and the progressive adjustment of teaching strategies. This study aimed to analyze their contribution to educational planning. An integrative literature review was conducted through a systematic search process based on the identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion stages of PRISMA 2020. Fifteen studies published between 2020 and 2026 were included, comprising empirical research, systematic reviews, conceptual articles, institutional reports, and competency frameworks. The findings were organized into four thematic categories: artificial intelligence-assisted educational planning; agile methodologies and continuous improvement; personalization, feedback, assessment, and decision-making; and teacher training, pedagogical mediation, and ethical challenges. The results showed that artificial intelligence can support the formulation of objectives, the generation of activities, the selection of resources, and the design of assessments, while Scrum and eduScrum promote collaborative work, short planning cycles, and progress monitoring. Their effectiveness depends on clear pedagogical objectives, teacher supervision, technological reliability, digital competencies, and ethical use. Risks related to privacy, algorithmic bias, unequal access, inaccurate content, and technological dependence were also identified. It is concluded that both approaches can strengthen educational planning when they are integrated as complementary tools that support professional teacher judgment.
