Aprendizaje basado en micro retos: una estrategia didáctica para fortalecer el desarrollo de competencias

El Aprendizaje Basado en Micro-Retos (ABMR) ha adquirido relevancia como estrategia educativa por su capacidad para organizar el aprendizaje mediante desafíos breves, progresivos y orientados a objetivos específicos. El objetivo de este estudio fue analizar su contribución al fortalecimiento de competencias a partir de literatura científica publicada entre 2023 y 2026. Se realizó una revisión integrativa con búsqueda sistemática, siguiendo las etapas de identificación, cribado, elegibilidad e inclusión de PRISMA 2020. El corpus final estuvo conformado por 16 publicaciones sobre microaprendizaje, aprendizaje basado en retos, gamificación, competencias transversales y aprendizaje activo en distintos contextos educativos. Los resultados muestran que los micro-retos pueden favorecer la resolución de problemas, el pensamiento crítico, la comunicación, la colaboración, la autonomía, la toma de decisiones y la aplicación de conocimientos cuando se estructuran de forma progresiva y se vinculan con objetivos de aprendizaje específicos. Su efectividad depende de una adecuada planificación pedagógica, del nivel de dificultad, de la participación activa del estudiante y de la retroalimentación. Se concluye que el ABMR constituye una estrategia didáctica prometedora para promover un aprendizaje activo, progresivo y orientado al desarrollo de competencias.
