Aprendizaje significativo para la comprensión de conceptos fundamentales de física y matemática aplicada

El aprendizaje significativo ha adquirido relevancia en la enseñanza de la física y la matemática aplicada, al favorecer la relación entre conocimientos previos, comprensión conceptual, resolución de problemas y aplicación de saberes en distintos contextos. El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo analizar la contribución de las estrategias de aprendizaje significativo a la comprensión de conceptos fundamentales de física y matemática aplicada, según la literatura científica publicada entre 2020 y 2026. Se desarrolló una revisión integrativa mediante una búsqueda sistemática basada en las etapas de identificación, cribado, elegibilidad e inclusión establecidas por PRISMA 2020. El corpus final estuvo conformado por 18 publicaciones científicas relacionadas con aprendizaje activo, resolución de problemas, razonamiento matemático, modelización, aprendizaje basado en proyectos, representaciones múltiples, contextualización e integración STEM. Los hallazgos se organizaron en cuatro categorías: comprensión conceptual y aprendizaje activo; resolución de problemas y razonamiento matemático; integración entre matemática, física y contextos aplicados; y modelización, proyectos y representaciones del conocimiento. Los resultados evidenciaron que estas estrategias fortalecen la comprensión cuando los estudiantes participan activamente, relacionan nuevos conceptos con conocimientos previos y resuelven problemas contextualizados. Sin embargo, su efectividad depende del diseño de las actividades, la orientación docente y las oportunidades de transferencia del aprendizaje. Se concluye que el aprendizaje significativo constituye un enfoque pertinente para promover una comprensión profunda y superar prácticas centradas únicamente en la memorización de fórmulas y procedimientos.
