Diagnóstico pedagógico de las percepciones estudiantiles sobre la gamificación digital en la formación docente universitaria

Introducción: el diagnóstico pedagógico permite reconocer necesidades, fortalezas y oportunidades de mejora en la formación docente. Este estudio analizó las percepciones de estudiantes universitarios de la carrera Educación sobre la gamificación digital, entendida como objeto de diagnóstico pedagógico focalizado. Metodología: investigación cuantitativa, con diseño no experimental, transversal y alcance descriptivo-correlacional. De una población de 140 estudiantes participaron voluntariamente 117. Se aplicó un cuestionario tipo Likert de cinco puntos (22 ítems) organizado en cinco dimensiones; se calcularon estadísticos descriptivos, el coeficiente alfa de Cronbach y correlaciones de Spearman. Resultados: el instrumento mostró una consistencia interna global alta (alfa de Cronbach = 0,902). La dimensión mejor valorada fue la proyección hacia la formación docente (M = 4,50), seguida de participación, confianza y colaboración (M = 4,10) y refuerzo y retroalimentación didáctica (M = 4,04). Se encontró una correlación positiva alta entre motivación y participación (rho = 0,745; p < 0,001). Conclusiones: la gamificación digital constituye un objeto pertinente de diagnóstico pedagógico, en tanto permite identificar fortalezas y necesidades formativas vinculadas con la motivación, la participación activa, la retroalimentación y el diseño didáctico de los futuros docentes.
