Editorial JOGB S.A.S., headquartered in the Republic of Ecuador, together with the Technical Faculty and the Faculty of Law, Political and Social Sciences, belonging to the Technical University of Oruro, maintain in force a Framework Agreement for Editorial, Academic, and Scientific Cooperation, signed on March 5, 2026.

This international agreement represents an important academic cooperation link between Ecuador and Bolivia, aimed at strengthening scientific research, intellectual production, open-access academic publishing, editorial advisory activities, and the exchange of knowledge between both nations. Likewise, the agreement consolidates spaces for interinstitutional collaboration for the development of scientific projects, academic training activities, and internationalization processes in higher education.

The signing of this agreement reaffirms the commitment of the participating institutions to scientific excellence, Latin American integration, and the promotion of joint initiatives that contribute to the educational, research, and social development of the region.
