Relación entre clima organizacional y ansiedad al reemplazo por inteligencia artificial

Introducción: La incorporación de inteligencia artificial en los entornos laborales ha generado nuevas preocupaciones relacionadas con la continuidad del empleo, la adaptación tecnológica y la estabilidad profesional. Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el clima organizacional y la ansiedad al reemplazo por inteligencia artificial en trabajadores. Metodología: Se desarrolló una investigación cuantitativa, no experimental, transversal y correlacional, con una muestra de 153 trabajadores seleccionados mediante muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia. Se aplicaron dos cuestionarios tipo Likert de 20 ítems cada uno. La fiabilidad fue de α = ,973 para clima organizacional y α = ,967 para ansiedad al reemplazo por inteligencia artificial. Resultados: El clima organizacional predominó en nivel medio con 39,9 %, mientras que la ansiedad al reemplazo por inteligencia artificial también se concentró principalmente en nivel medio con 38,6 %. Se identificó una correlación negativa alta y estadísticamente significativa entre ambas variables (r = −,702; p < ,001). Las correlaciones entre dimensiones oscilaron entre r = −,498 y r = −,684. Conclusión: Un mayor clima organizacional se asocia con menores niveles de ansiedad al reemplazo por inteligencia artificial, mientras que condiciones organizacionales menos favorables se relacionan con mayor ansiedad. El diseño correlacional no permite establecer causalidad.
