Introduction: The incorporation of artificial intelligence into workplace environments has generated new concerns related to job continuity, technological adaptation, and professional stability. Objective: To determine the relationship between organizational climate and anxiety about replacement by artificial intelligence among workers. Methodology: A quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional, and correlational study was conducted with a sample of 153 workers selected through non-probability convenience sampling. Two 20-item Likert-type questionnaires were administered. Reliability was α = .973 for organizational climate and α = .967 for anxiety about replacement by artificial intelligence. Results: Organizational climate was predominantly at a medium level, accounting for 39.9%, while anxiety about replacement by artificial intelligence was also mainly concentrated at a medium level, with 38.6%. A high, negative, and statistically significant correlation was identified between both variables (r = −.702; p < .001). Correlations between dimensions ranged from r = −.498 to r = −.684. Conclusion: A more favorable organizational climate is associated with lower levels of anxiety about replacement by artificial intelligence, whereas less favorable organizational conditions are related to higher anxiety. The correlational design does not allow causal relationships to be established.
