The journal operates under the Diamond Open Access model and does not charge Article Processing Charges (APC), nor any fees for submission, editorial evaluation, peer review, editing, layout, publication, access, or preservation of scientific content.

There are no hidden costs, no additional charges after manuscript acceptance, and no fees for expedited editorial processing. Publication is completely free of charge for both authors and readers.

All articles are published with immediate open access, without access restrictions or economic barriers.

The journal is edited under a non-profit approach, with the sole purpose of contributing to the dissemination, preservation, and development of scientific knowledge, ensuring equitable conditions for authors and institutions, without discrimination based on geographic origin, institutional affiliation, or financial capacity.
