Abstract

This article analyzes the construction of rules of harmonious coexistence in the Higher School of Teacher Training "Mcal. Andrés de Santa Cruz and Calahumana", based on the recovery of socio-community principles and values from a decolonizing and intercultural approach. The research was developed through a qualitative participatory methodology, using observation techniques, interviews and community dialogue with students, teachers and institutional actors. The results showed improvements in behavior, strengthening of cultural identity, increased mutual respect, and greater participation in institutional decision-making. Likewise, the implementation of the coexistence plan based on reciprocity, complementarity and community work made it possible to promote the peaceful resolution of conflicts and the strengthening of the sense of belonging. The collective construction of norms favored collaborative work and shared responsibility within the educational community. It is concluded that the recovery of socio-community values contributes to transforming institutional coexistence, strengthening teacher training and promoting intercultural education oriented to Living Well, consolidating participatory educational communities that respect cultural diversity.
