Artificial intelligence is changing the way people create, share and consume digital content. Its incorporation into contemporary media has facilitated the production of texts, images, audios and videos adapted to different platforms and audiences, in addition to opening up new possibilities for telling stories through social networks, websites, podcasts and applications. This research aimed to analyze the influence of artificial intelligence on transmedia narratives and content production processes, considering its creative contributions, the changes generated in professional work and the ethical challenges derived from its use. To this end, a systematic review of the literature was carried out following the guidelines of the PRISMA 2020 declaration, which made it possible to rigorously select, organize and analyze the available scientific evidence. The results showed that these technologies streamlined the creation, editing, personalization and dissemination of content. However, they also confirmed that human participation remains essential to review information, make responsible decisions and ensure that messages maintain their quality, transparency, authenticity and credibility.
