About the Journal
Sage Sphere in Artificial Intelligence (SSHE) is an annual academic journal dedicated to the dissemination of scientific research in the field of higher education. Originally published by Sage Sphere Ediciones since its first issue in January 2023, the journal was consolidated in 2025 under the management of Editorial JOGB. This editorial transition does not affect the journal’s policies, academic decisions, or scope; it solely responds to a process of institutional strengthening and consolidation.
The journal maintains an open-access model, ensuring free and unrestricted availability of all its contents, and applies a double-blind peer review process, guaranteeing scientific integrity, academic quality, and methodological rigor in the published works. SSHE is addressed to a broad audience that includes researchers, faculty members, undergraduate and graduate students, as well as professionals and stakeholders interested in the development and transformation of higher education.
With a global and critical perspective, the journal promotes the publication of both theoretical and empirical studies, encouraging interdisciplinary dialogue and the generation of innovative knowledge that contributes to the analysis, understanding, and improvement of higher education in Latin America, the Caribbean, and other regions of the world.
