Article Processing Charges (APC) Policy

The journal does not charge any Article Processing Charges (APCs) or fees for submission, evaluation, peer review, editing, publication, access, or long-term preservation of its scientific content.

The journal is published under a non-profit open access model, with the sole purpose of contributing to the dissemination, preservation, and advancement of scientific knowledge, ensuring equitable conditions for authors and institutions, without discrimination based on geographic origin or financial capacity.

The editorial and technical management of the journal is carried out by JOGB S.A.S., acting as the managing entity responsible for administrative support, technological services, and editorial infrastructure. The involvement of this entity does not entail any charges to authors or readers, nor does it influence or condition the journal’s academic or editorial decisions.

All decisions related to manuscript evaluation, peer review, and the acceptance or rejection of articles are made independently and are based exclusively on academic, scientific, and ethical criteria, in accordance with the journal’s editorial policies and internationally recognized principles of good practice in scholarly publishing.
