Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) has gained relevance in educational systems due to its capacity to personalize teaching and learning processes, promote accessibility, and foster inclusion. The objective of this systematic review was to analyze the contribution of generative artificial intelligence to strengthening educational diversity. The study was conducted following the PRISMA 2020 guidelines through a review of scientific literature indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, ERIC, SciELO, and Google Scholar. After applying the established inclusion and exclusion criteria, 19 studies were selected for the final analysis. The results showed that generative artificial intelligence facilitates the adaptation of content and learning activities according to individual student needs, strengthens inclusive education through accessible resources, and contributes to improving student participation and autonomy. Challenges related to data privacy, algorithmic transparency, and the need for teacher training to ensure responsible implementation were also identified. It is concluded that generative artificial intelligence represents a valuable tool for strengthening educational diversity, provided that its integration is grounded in ethical, pedagogical, and inclusive principles.
